Personal License Holders

Door Supervision
The Level 2 Award in Door Supervision has been developed to meet the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA). The qualification comprises 4 mandatory units:
Unit 1 – Working in the Private Security Industry
Unit 2 – Working as a Door Supervisor
Unit 3 – Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry
Unit 4 – Physical Intervention Skills for the Private Security Industry
Security Guarding
The Level 2 Award in Security Guarding comprises 3 mandatory units:
Unit 1 – Working in the Private Security Industry
Unit 2 – Working as a Security Officer
Unit 3 – Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry
This qualification covers the 1 day
Emergency First Aid course.
All successful students will be issued with a new EFA Certificate which lasts for a period of 3 years.
First Aid at Work
This qualification covers the 3 day First Aid at Work course.
All successful students will be issued with a new First Aid at Work Certificate which lasts for a period of 3 years.
Substance Misuse Awareness
The Level 1 Award in Substance Misuse Awareness is aimed at learners looking for an introductory level qualification in substance misuse.
Areas covered include the effect substance misuse has on society as a whole, as well as the physical effects drugs/alcohol have on the individual.
Please note, this course has a requirement of 13 guided learning hours & therefore is suitable for PHSE or youth club timetables.
Conflict Management & Effective Communication
Today’s industry is aware that its staffs are most likely to suffer incidents of violence such as abuse, threats & assaults. These may occur at the workplace or maybe on the way home from duty as a result of an incident at work.
Under the Health and Safety at Work Act Section 2, employees and employers have a duty of care not only to the employee but to the financial risk put upon the company by any claim or compensation on it.
